What are your shipping policies?
Aquarium Monsters ships all items via Australia Post and TNT couriers.
NO LIVE animals or plants will be shipped internationally.
Credit Card orders will not be shipped to a P.O. Box under any circumstances.

Delivery Times?
Where possible we ship orders via express post to lower delivery times. Deliveries to major centres usually arrive within 1-3 business days. Delivery to minor centres within Australia usually arrive within 3-5 business days.  PLEASE NOTE: all deliveries of live animals and plants will be shipped on Mondays only, this avoids live products spending the weekend in a postal office.  Orders will not be sent during weeks that contain public holidays to avoid delays.  Courier/Special deliveries times may exceed 30 days.

Calculating Shipping Costs?
All orders up to 500g have a standard shipping charge of $9.00.  Orders from 500g to 3kg have a $12.20 shipping charge.  Each additional 3kg attracts an extra $10.20 shipping fee.  For large orders or items with special shipping requirements a written quote for shipping will be provided.  Shipping insurance is available please request a quote for insurance when placing your order.  International shipping costs are calculated for each order,  you will receive a written quote for shipping when your order is received.  If you wish to organise your own shipping I would suggest you start with one of these;

Please note all cargo must be picked up from the factory outlet (see contact details), if cargo requires delivery to freight depot additional charges will apply.  All requests for quotes must be accompanied by Name, Address and Phone Number this is to avoid SPAM quote requests. If you genuinely wish to make a purchase you will have to provide this information for product delivery.  No quote will be issued unless this information is provided.

Do you ship to countries outside Australia?
At our discretion we ship internationally.  Due to the risk of fraud all payments must be cleared before items will be shipped.

What is your policy on returns?
All items shipped are in perfect working condition and are carefully packed to minimise the chances of damage during transport.  Any damage that arrises during transport will not be covered by Aquarium Monsters, if you feel that this may be an issue please request shipping insurance.
